#BehindTheMerch - "Love More. Be More. Cherish Life." Notebook/Journal

Updated: Nov 23, 2023

About

Our "Love More. Be More. Cherish Life." notebook was created to go hand in hand with our awareness wristbands. Its design was created to further promote as a constant reminder to love one another no matter the struggles in life, to be more than just what you are, and to constantly evolve to become a better version of yourself, and cherish life, and place more value on the opportunities life has to offer. This also includes any obstacles life throws in your direction. In light that we focus on suicide awareness, mental health, self-love, and other associated categories, this journal can be used to take further control of these troubles in your life. This has become another way for individuals to maintain order when the world feels like it's in shambles.

Journaling can help in several categories of struggle. By utilizing this notebook you are able to incorporate several features from our "Mental Love: Episode Diary." This is a bit larger than our previously released notebook. According to Courtney E. Ackerman, "writing our thoughts, feelings, and actions down in a journal allows us to craft and maintain our sense of self and solidifies our identity. It helps us reflect on our experiences and discover our authentic self."
