You may have thought that your normal daily routines have been just enough to practice self love. “Practicing self-care daily, no matter how small, is a healthy habit and a great way to practice self-love.”

Some self love day ideas include:


  1. Getting your rest.

  2. Prioritize your time.

  • It reduces stress and increases productivity.

  • It helps you create room to check your errors.

  • It gives you more time to relax.

  • It helps you avoid procrastination.

  • It keeps you motivated.
