Mental toughness involves the mental state of ones wellbeing and their emotional capacity.
“Emotional capacity is a measure of your ability to overcome limiting beliefs, your ease in adapting to challenging situations, and the quality of your relationships. No matter how talented, disciplined, or values-driven you are, if you don't have high emotional capacity, you'll fall short of your goals eventually.“
It’s very important to push yourself past your normal limits and a little more everyday. Setting goals that you seriously want to accomplish is the first step into finding that push and that motivation.
Building emotional capacity takes time, determination, and willpower. This alone involves how well you interact with your mind. That’s why your way of thinking is very important in order to maintain positivity. This goes along way at the end of the day. It all ends up being extremely necessary in order to increase your personal growth, mental development, and emotional capacity.
